We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location in the Thamel area was perfect for us as it is a tourist hub and right in the center of the city. We were able to easily explore the shops and restaurants that were within a short walking distance. Plus, the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The spacious room we stayed in had a lounge area where we could entertain guests, which was a nice extra touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. And the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job - our room was always clean and tidy.
All in all, we highly recommend this hotel! With its ideal location, excellent service, and comfortable rooms, it exceeded our expectations.

The hotel is located in the heart of a bustling area with easy access to bars, restaurants, and shops. the rooms are comfortable and clean with good amenities. Staff were generally friendly and accommodating, providing a decent breakfast and clean bathrooms.
The noise level within the hotel could be off-putting, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The room was spacious and clean and staff friendly
The staff are friendly but they are not knowledgeable about their own city or country. Its no use asking them for directions. Also the paid buffet/alacarte is very expensive

I missed the international atmosphere, this felt more of a hotel specially for people from India. Staff had poor english knowledge. I do not recommend this hotel for people from overseas.
I did not specially like anything.

Celebrating New Year's in this hotel was a blast. First off, the location was excellent, so close to all the places we wanted to go. , the staff was so helpful and friendly. They even offered complimentary drinks and snacks for the New Year's party. The rooms were cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and great amenities. And the breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from.
The pool was under construction and we weren’t able to use it. , the Wi-Fi connection wasn’t very strong in our room, making it difficult to browse the internet.

Lots of shops in the area with local souvenirs and clothing. You have seen one, you have seen them all. Shopping malls as we know them are not around, and no information is given as to where they might be found. My deluxe room was very comfortable, Very helpful front office manager. I phoned him and asked him if, like other hotels in the area, he was able to arrange my complimentary pick up from the hotel. He made the excellent suggestion that I should get any taxi and ask the taxi driver to take me to the hotel and on arrival go to Reception to be paid by the hotel. This happened, no problem. It removed all the stress of negotiating a taxi fare three times the going rate with taxi drivers whose constant mentality is to rip off every single tourist through considerable overcharging..
They had a really old toaster at breakfast which frankly should have been thrown away long ago, paricularly it was for self use by guests and not by means of service by restaurant staff. It downgraded the class of the hotel considerably. Electricity cuts are regular and inconvenient but this is common to all hotels. Hotel had its own generator so inconvenience was tolerable. Check the times of cuts at reception so that you at least know when not to use the lift!! Drainage system not too good and I had to keep the bathroom door closed at night to keep away unwelcome smells.

We didn't like the fact that even though we booked it with Booked.net when we arrived to the hotel they didn't have our reservation and their claim was that they don't work with Booked.net. After all that they wanted us to pay in advance and not at the end.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel located in the heart of the bustling Thamel area of the city. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely pool to relax in after a long day of exploring this vibrant city. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Sita, who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. The on-site parking was also very convenient, as it gave me peace of mind knowing that my car was safe.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.
